Well I copied Wutangs recipe for this, however, I forgot the Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, so I made due with what I had. And as it turned out, they were fantastic. In fact, I am going to have a hard time eating pork sausage again after making these. I still want to copy his as I think they look and would taste AMAZING!!!
All cut up, with seasonings in. Let set for 24 hours.
All cased up. Went and put them in food saver bags after this shot.
I'm thinking these would be great on a hot dog bun with some guacamole and mango salsa.
