Found a reasonably accurate guide on You Tube explaining the process.

Use the following link to download steam cmd files.

https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/client/installer/steamcmd.zip

After installing login using " login anonymous " without quotes. Then you have two choices depending on your preferences.
