Ownership error on claim Height level

Hello,

Am new to the server. I have an issue whereby as i try to place blocks higher than 3 up i encounter that at that height on my claim its owned by someone else named Shahn. I believe the height level of previous user was never cleared. May i get assistance on this please?

It seems like you are trying to build too close to an existing claim. Shahn is a known player and without knowing where exactly this claim is located I cannot remove that protection without discussing the matter with the player. Blocks go far above or below 3 blocks so this should not be an issue. I will be happy to see what I can do but may need additional input from both sides. PM me a Steam id if you want and I will see if I can get a response from the other. Thank you for stopping in and lets see what we can do.
