if you dont know how to run a workshop map on your own ill explain it as simply as possible- Once you subscribe to a map it gets downloaded to your c:/steam/steamapps/common/Insurgency2/insurgency/maps/workshop folder. All you need to do is move it out from the workshop folder and to the main maps folder with all the other maps in game. THEN go in game, bring up your console with the tilda key (~) and type;
"map mapname" (example ->) map Bridge_SE
this will run the map, if you want bots with it however you need to create a nav file. To do that, before you choose a team or class open your console menu again and type the following;
"sv_cheats 1"
"nav_generate"
This will pop up with a box that is loading walkable meshes. Give it a moment and once it is done it will restart the map. Choose your side and your weapons and have fun playing with bots. Hope this helps ^_^
