Received notification from the datacenter regarding the system failure last evening. The response is as follows.

Connection loss
Hello,

This was related to a large DDoS attack, not directed toward you and has been mitigated.

We have several large network upgrades that will be online soon, which will allow us to absorb these attacks without any disturbances.
