Well I said I was gonna do it, and I did.

Ta daaaaaa. I give you my latest creation. Sourdough with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Instead of the water that the bread recipe calls for, I used beer. Was pretty worried at first as the high hop aroma of the pale ale was a bit overwhelming when mixing it up. After the first punch down of the dough, the odor was almost gone. The end results were a pretty good bread. The beer did lend a different flavor and will do this one again, only I see the next one as a burnt onion, cheese and beer bread. Man, thats almost a meal in itself
