Something I call "Pig Rolls"

You need bacon, deli style honey ham (98% fat free is the one I used) and McCormick's BBQ seasoning.

Sauce is:
2 cups water
1/3 brown sugar
1/3 reg sugar
2 tbps liquid smoke
2 tbps McCormick's BBQ seasoning Let this simmer for 45 min's or so to thicken.
1 pinch salt
2 slices ham with BBQ seasoning rubbed on both sides, then fold in half long ways and roll. Next wrap a slice of bacon around the roll. Use a tooth pick to hold them together. Next sprinkel a little more BBQ seasoning on them.

Smoke for and hr or so then finish with sauce, I like my sauce, but I'm sure other will tweek it and they should.
