A couple weeks back we did a bunch of Chicken Legs & Thighs.

Tried some experimenting, decided to do the Thighs Boneless and the Legs as
Lolipops & wrapped in BACON...

The end result was the chicken came out okay but the rub I used sucked...

I tried one that I was thinking about selling on my website but that sure
won't happen...

The rub had enough salt in it to preserve those legs into the next Ice Age...

Well I will try anything once, sometimes twice not this stuff.
