Hey guys I got a recipe from my nurse when I was in the hospital. I tweaked it so I could cook it in my Big Easy and here they are....
Take a melon ball size of stuffin and set it in a piece of ham
Next roll it up in bacon and put a toothpick in it so it will hold together
Next use any seasoning you like
Then toss on a grill/smoker till bacon is done.
