Basic recipe is 2 lbs ground chicken, 1 3/4 cup bread crumbs and 3/4 cup wing sauce. Mix together form balls. The reg-looking meatballs were cooked without any meat wrap, the ones with meat wrap are thin sliced ham. Cooked in TBE for 45 min's then removed and placed in bowl with more wing sauce to glaze.

Here is a recipe I made up for a quick appetizer, a real crowd pleaser.
